BCBank, Inc. provides a variety of other services to our community. These other services include the following:
Commercial Services
- Bank card merchant services can be arranged through BCBank.
- Treasury Tax Deposits may be made to any teller for processing. 2 P.M. is the cut off time for same day processing.
- Commercial Credit Card Applications are available at any location.
- Internet Banking is available to Commercial Customers to allow easier payroll services for their employees as well as fast and easy bill pay.
- Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) available at any location.
Consumer Services
- ATM cards can be obtained by checking account customers through our customer service representatives.
- American Express Traveler's checks may be purchased from any of the tellers.
- Bank by Mail envelopes are available from our tellers.
- Cashier's Checks may be purchased from any of the tellers.
- Direct deposits can be set up by calling our customer service representatives or by stopping in to see them.
- MasterMoney cards can be obtained by checking and savings account customers through our customer service representatives.
- Money Orders may be purchased from any of the tellers in amounts up to $2,000.00 in each money order.
- Stop payments are available by calling our bookkeeping department at (304) 457-3300.
- Telephone transfers between your accounts are available by calling our bookkeeping department at (304) 457-3300.
- United States Savings Bonds are available for purchase through the tellers at the BCBank offices.
- Wire transfers are available to send money to others Monday through Friday through the banking system.
- Consumer Credit Card Applications are available at any location.
- Internet Banking is available to Consumer Customers to allow balance transfers and online bill pay.
