BCBank offers Touch Tone banking through local telephone numbers for our customers. Touch Tone banking provides access to your checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposits, and your loan accounts. The information is updated every business day so that the information is current.
Security is provided by a 4 digit Personal Identification Number that you select the first time you use the service. Your PIN number is known only by you. Bank personnel cannot access your PIN number.

- 326-9100 is the local telephone number to use in Harrison County.
- 534-7020 is the local telephone number to use in Marion County.
- (866) 344-2265 is a toll free telephone number available for use by our customers outside of Barbour, Harrison and Marion counties.
Touch Tone banking allows you to check your checking and savings deposits that have posted and those checks that have been received and processed by BCBank, as well as to transfer money between accounts.
Touch Tone banking permits you to review your loan balances and the dates and amounts of payments that have be received by BCBank, as well as to make payments on your loans with BCBank.
